6.   Why should it make it a better world.

1.  It is in everybody's interests to get the right people in their right jobs. Therefore it is better to help people to achieve this, than to exploit them. By helping others we help ourselves. 2.  When we realise how much we depend on each other, it should make us appreciate each other more. 3.  It gives mankind the best chance of solving it's problems.
