Some thoughts on how to build a better world. |
Only people can solve mankind's problems, they will not solve themselves. If we want
a better world, people will have to build it. Therefore we need to give people the best chance of solving
mankind's problems and building a better world. People have different aptitudes and skills and we need to make the best use of them. To do this we need to get the right people in the right jobs. We have to create a society where people can find what their right job is and be able to do it. The more people that are in the right jobs the better it will be for everyone, for this is the best we can do. How much of what you achieve is down soley to your own efforts and how much is down to the work of others, either directly or indirectly. If you think that what you achieve is mostly down to your own efforts i.e. 50% or more, then it would only take one other person to do the rest of the work. Just how many people have to do their work in order that you can do you job and maintain and improve your standard of living? How many jobs affect you either directly or indirectly and whom do you want doing them? The more jobs that affect you, the more important it is to get the right people in the these jobs. |
